Does it have smart features?
All our treadmills can be connected to the WELLFIT App (free to use). There, you can track your training data, create training plans, and control the treadmill directly via your smartphone – including voice control.
Through the app, you can also experience realistic routes from a first-person perspective, allowing for a more immersive workout.
Additionally, the treadmill synchronizes with Apple Health and supports Kinomap as well as Zwift for interactive workouts.
For added safety, the device features a safety key – if removed, the treadmill stops immediately to prevent injuries. Thanks to its quiet operation, it is ideal for home use.
When will my order ship and with what carrier
Your order will be delivered within 2-7 business days from our local warehouses in Germany.
In Germany, shipping is done from the German warehouses in Duisburg (47138). Orders are shipped via DPD and DHL.
Do I need a subscription to use the treadmill? Are the subscription and the app free?
You can use the treadmill without connecting to an app. Our treadmill has physical buttons on the console or handle, allowing you to control it via buttons or remote control. The app is also free to use for life, without any fees. The app is designed to create a variety of scenarios and training plans. Enter the training page of the WELLFIT app before you can record data. The subscription is only for us to send training tips and monthly offers. There are no costs involved.
Is it collapsible for easy storage?
Yes, it's foldable and easy to store.
Where can I find the user manual for the product?
The printed user manual is attached to the product packaging. You can also contact our customer service to receive the PDF/Word manual.
