WELLFIT Treadmill – Limited Manufacturer's Warranty
LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
WELLFIT Treadmill warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use within the United States.
Warranty Coverage

Structural Frame: 1 Year Standard

Start Date: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of your WELLFIT Fitness Product (pre-orders excluded).

Other Parts & Components: 180 Days

Repaired or Replaced Parts: Any component repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days – whichever is longer – or as required by law.
*Note: Once a full refund is issued, the warranty will be voided, and no further claims will be accepted.
How to Obtain Warranty Service?

A short video demonstrating the issue, especially for mechanical or electronic problems
If WELLFIT determines a product or component needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for pickup. Please follow all packaging instructions to ensure safe transit. WELLFIT will cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims. All warranty claims must be made within the valid warranty period based on the original purchase date.
How WELLFIT Warranty Works

Parts Replacement: Submit a video showing the issue. WELLFIT will ship replacement parts and provide assembly instructions.

Local Repair: With prior authorization, customers can hire a local technician. WELLFIT will reimburse labor costs upon invoice submission.

Free Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired during the warranty period, a replacement may be provided.

Full/Partial Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund based on usage and condition may be offered.

Technical Support: Our team will assist you online throughout the troubleshooting and repair process.
*WELLFIT reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution and may request photo/video documentation before approving a claim.
*If the package shows signs of damage upon delivery, the customer must cooperate with WELLFIT Support to inspect the product (e.g., open box, check for visible or functional damage). If damage is found, clear photo and video evidence must be provided. Based on the situation, WELLFIT may offer a replacement or refund. If cooperation is refused, WELLFIT reserves the right to deny return or refund requests.
Warranty Conditions

Eligibility: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or, in the case of a gift, the recipient with proof of purchase. The product must have been purchased new from WELLFIT or an authorized retailer.

Usage Requirement: The product must be used for private, non-commercial, home use only. Any use in commercial establishments (e.g., gyms) will void the warranty.

Claim Requirements: All claims must include photo or video evidence of the issue, along with proof of purchase.

Warranty Scope: Replacement units or parts do not reset or extend the original warranty. The running belt falls under "Other Parts & Components"; it is not covered under "Structural Frame."

Claim Review: WELLFIT will review all submitted evidence and decide on the appropriate resolution – repair, replacement, or partial/full refund – based on the problem.
Exclusions – Not Covered by Warranty
This limited warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by abuse, improper use, incorrect storage, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., grips, belts, cords, foot pads, scratches, dents, paint).

Noise from normal use or inadequate maintenance.

Use in commercial settings or transportation outside the US.
WELLFIT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profit or revenue

Inconvenience, assembly/disassembly costs, or third-party service costs.

Product failures due to improper electrical usage (e.g., overloaded circuits, power surges).
Electrical Requirements
To avoid electrical issues, plug WELLFIT treadmills into a dedicated 16–20A circuit. Electrical damage due to improper use is not covered by this warranty. The treadmill requires a power source and must be plugged into a GROUNDED outlet for your safety.
Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
WELLFIT only warrants what is clearly stated in this warranty. We make no additional representations – such as about suitability for a particular purpose or meeting general expectations – beyond the period stated here.
WELLFIT is also not responsible for any additional costs, losses, or damages arising from product problems. In any case, WELLFIT's total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your state.
