Shipping Policy

At WELLFIT, we place great importance on your order reaching you quickly and safely. Below you will find information on processing, delivery, shipping methods, and possible additional costs.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak times (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options

For orders to Germany, we offer free shipping from our local warehouse in Germany (Duisburg, 47138).
The normal delivery time is 2–7 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to holidays, weekends, or extreme weather conditions. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.

Import Taxes

For all orders to the UK and Europe, all import taxes and customs duties are already included in the price. Customers do not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Germany to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

In Germany, shipping is via DPD and DHL.

Address Changes

Before your order is shipped, you can contact us to change your delivery address.
Once shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly.

Special Notes

Treadmills are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Accessories may be shipped separately from an overseas warehouse if not available in the local warehouse.
If you order treadmills and accessories together, the order may be split to ensure faster delivery of the treadmills.
Accessories from abroad are usually delivered within 10–14 days.
Remote Areas: For postcodes in regions such as AB, IV, PH, and PA, additional shipping costs may apply depending on distance or weight. We will contact you before shipping if additional charges apply.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.
WELLFIT does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure a valid residential or business address is provided.
