Checkout Steps

When paying by credit card, for security reasons, your payment might somehow be declined by our system for potential credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so it doesn't get declined.

Under such circumstances, here are 3 solutions for you:

1. If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay with PayPal.

2. Please switch to your other credit/debit cards.

3. If you do not have a PayPal account, please still select PayPal on the checkout page and click the Complete Order button. Then you will be directed to a page where you can access both PayPal and Debit/Credit Card payment (for the latter, you do not need to register a PayPal account).

As follows:

Step 1. Choose PayPal (even if you don't have a PayPal account)

Step 2. Click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card."

Step 3. Enter your credit card details and complete your order.

How to use Klarna for financing

Step 1. Click "Add to Cart"

Step 2. Next, go to Checkout

Step 3. Fill in the recipient details

Step 4, Click on Klarna to pay

Step 5, Click Pay now

Step 6, Log in to your "Klarna" account and select a financing plan to pay

How to use coupons

This is a guide on how to use coupons, please follow the steps below:

Step 1,  Click "Add discount"

Step 2,  Enter your discount code and click "Continue"

Step 3, The price after the discount will be displayed.

Step 3,  Enter your discount code and click "Apply"

Step 4, The price after the discount will be displayed.

Credit card payment failed

Please follow the instructions below if your credit card payment failed:

1, Try contacting the card provider to confirm the payment failure or change to a new card.

2, Check that your credit card number and expiration date, etc., have been entered correctly.

3, Check if your credit card has reached its limit (insufficient funds).

4, Check if your credit card number is valid.

5, Check if the verification information entered is correct.

6, Contact the card issuers to confirm whether cross-border transactions are allowed and whether the transaction amount is limited.
